Pratik Kansagra

Pratik Kansagra is an Electronics and Communication Engineering graduate from L.D.College of
Engineering, Ahmedabad in 2008 and MBA(Marketing and Human Resource) from Institute of
Management, Nirma University, Ahmedabad in 2010.
Pratik Kansagra has worked with Virgin Mobiles and Tata Teleservices for 12months in the field of Sales
and Marketing. Post that worked in the field of Recruitment and Training for 2years with the recruitment
division of Endeavor Group. Previously associated with Endeavor Careers Private Limited as
Quantitative Trainer for CAT, CMAT, GRE, and GMAT for 6 years. Presently associated with Coaching
Institute as Chief Learning Officer.

Training Accomplishments:

• Successfully organized and conducted CRAT training for the students of IIT-Gandhinagar in
2013.
• Successfully conducted Aptitude training of employees of Tata Motors, Sanand Plant, Gujarat
in 2012 and 2013.
• Successfully trained blue-collar workers at MIDCO Pumps, Ahmedabad for Written Analysis
and Communication Skills in 2012.
• Successfully organizing and conducted already 6 sessions for CRAT training for students of
IBS-Mumbai in 2020.
